If we miss your call please send us a text or an email.
All enquiries, cancellations and booking changes must come through our office.
Cancellations, amendments or updates received via our drivers / dog handlers will not be actioned and you will be invoiced for unattended bookings.
Please note that we never check phone voicemail or messages sent to our social media pages - too many avenues to monitor!

Downtime & Staff Contact Policies
After hours and weekends - our Downtime Policy
Everyone works hard through the week right?
We kindly ask you to respect our Downtime Policy so the team can enjoy evenings and weekends with family and friends.
Our office is open 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please endeavour to contact us during office hours for enquiries or to add or change your bookings.
We have lots of dogs to organise daily so we really appreciate as much advance notice as you can give us.
If you do need to get in touch urgently after hours (eg: for a booking issue for the next business day) please text and we'll endeavour to reply when we open at 7.30am.
Otherwise for all after hours enquiries please just email and we'll reply on the next business day.
Staff Contact Policy
Please don't message or call our drivers / dog handlers directly. Please don't ask them for their personal phone numbers or social media details. Please don't ask them to pass on your holiday dates, or a medical issue we need to monitor, or that your dog has a grooming appointment next Tuesday. .
Our drivers / dog handlers have no access to the customer database or booking system and cannot action any requests for you.
Please don't contact our drivers because you haven't had a reply from our office.
If you haven't received a reply from our office to your phone call, text or email it is simply because we are closed, or we are working through urgent messages in the order in which they were received.
You will be invoiced for daycare sessions cancelled via our drivers / dog handlers.
