Downtime policy
Please read our Downtime policy Everyone works hard through the week right ? We kindly ask you to respect our Downtime Policy so the team can enjoy evenings and weekends with family and friends. Our office is open 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please endeavour to contact us during office hours for enquiries or to add or change your bookings. We have lots of dogs to organise daily so we really appreciate as much advance notice as you can give us. If you do need to get in touch urgently after hours (eg: for a booking issue for the next business day) please text and we'll endeavour to reply when we open at 7.30am. Otherwise for all after hours enquiries please just email and we'll reply on the next business day.​
Staff Contact policy
​Please read our Staff Contact policy All comms must come through our office. Our drivers / dog handlers do not have access to the customer database or booking system and cannot action any requests for you. Please don't ask them for their personal phone numbers or social media details - they're not allowed to give them out. Please don't message or call our drivers / dog handlers directly, or ask them to pass on your holiday dates, or a medical issue we need to monitor, or that your dog has a grooming appointment next Tuesday. Please don't contact our drivers because you haven't had a reply from our office. If you haven't received a reply from our office to your phone call, text or email it is simply because we are closed, or we are working through urgent messages in the order in which they were received. ​You will be invoiced for daycare sessions cancelled via our drivers / dog handlers.

Cancellations
Please read our cancellation policy Please let us know if you are going away or your dog is unable to attend. We have a waitlist of casual dogs that would love to have the odd day with us. Cancellations must be made by email or text message to our office no less than 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations for Monday must be made by 4pm Friday. You cannot cancel via our staff. Failure to advise us of your cancellation within our timeframes will result in a full day charge being applied to your invoice.  Late cancellations may be accepted in exceptional or emergency situations only. Please advise us by text message as we will not see your email if we are closed. We are an outdoor based daycare and operate whatever the weather. We do not accept cancellations due to weather conditions. A full day charge will be applied if you choose not to send your dog due to the weather.
Terms of Payment
Please read our Terms of Payment Invoices are sent monthly on the last day of the month. Payment in full within 7 days of our invoice. All collection costs are recoverable. Any accounts sent for debt collection incur these fees: 30% of the principal amount owing, plus a debt loading fee of $75. Fees charged by the collection agency will be additional.
